Jon Balcerzak

Jon’s practice is primarily focused on probate, estate planning, real estate, and general business matters. He has extensive trial experience due to his time working as a public defender. He is a member of the Toledo Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
Jon is from Toledo, Ohio. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University. Prior to working at HML, he was in private practice with Maloney, McHugh & Kolodgy Ltd. and worked part time as a public defender through the Toledo Legal Aid Society where he handled both felony and misdemeanor cases.
When Jon is not working he resides in Toledo where he enjoys golfing, agonizing over the Detroit Tigers and hanging with friends and family.
