At Heban, Murphree & Lewandowski, LLC our team of attorneys are respected knowledge leaders in their fields, and are frequently called upon to share their knowledge with others. On May 2, HML attorney John Lewandowski will be hosting an Ohio State Bar Association webcast entitled “Probate Litigation from a Plaintiff’s Perspective.” This webcast will focus on the new concerns in Ohio’s probate courts that have come with the aging population in the state. With a look at new cases and current hot topics in the probate field, all from the perspective of a plaintiff, the webcast will provide keen insight and practical practice tips to help attorneys assist plaintiffs in contested probate concerns.
John’s webcast will air from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on May 2, and the episode is worth 1 CLE credit. After the original air date, the broadcast will be made available for purchase, allowing attorneys to use it and earn a credit throughout the year. The Ohio State Bar Association’s probate committee will then combine John’s webcast with similar probate-themed webcasts to create a larger probate seminar broadcast. Attorneys who need to complete CLEs will have access to the entire broadcast and the valuable information it contains later this year.
John Lewandowski focuses much of his practice on probate matters, and is regularly called upon by the Ohio State Bar Association to lecture on probate concerns. He is a native of Ohio and has been with Heban, Murphree & Lewandowski, LLC, since it opened.
