Our Attorneys have served as Solicitors and/ or Law Directors for multiple municipalities in Northwest Ohio including cities, villages, and townships. Not only have we advised municipalities on a day to day tasks such as drafting ordinances, but also complex litigation involving the municipal appropriation of land, creation, and enforcement of Joint Economic Development Districts, incentives for economic development, and collective bargaining with various unions.

Additionally, we have served as Chief Prosecutor for various municipalities and represented the municipality/states’ interest in Criminal proceedings.
